There are a lot of tools to make things more efficient.
“People are telling us they’re seeing our content all the time, and that we’re top of mind. That’s obviously very important if you’re in a relationship-driven business.”
“You have to be fully committed to providing content continuously and boosting it and having a commitment to being there for clients and the market.”

Wayland believes in keeping the company small and using outside talent to round out jobs, like a free agent in sports.

“You need to view marketing or having a marketing partner as an investment and not an expense.”
“A lot of companies can talk about what they do, they can talk about how they do it, but most important is why does it matter? That’s where I think a marketing company or partner can come at it from a different perspective and really put that shine on that apple, to tell that story effectively.”
